Please find attached the Agenda and proxy form for our upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, June 5, at Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. Registration will commence at 4:30 p.m., followed by the AGM promptly at 5:00 p.m.

At AmCham Belgium, we highly value the insights of our members, making the AGM an essential platform and opportunity for feedback and questions. During the meeting, the Board will report on the Chamber’s activities, achievements and financial status for the past year.
