Registration will commence at 4:30 p.m., followed by the AGM promptly at 5:00 p.m. Additionally, you will find attached the invitation and Agenda for this meeting in Dutch and French. At AmCham Belgium, we highly value the insights of our members, making the AGM an essential platform and opportunity for feedback and questions. During the meeting, the Board will report on the Chamber’s activities, achievements and financial status for the past year. Please Register by May 30 by clicking the button above. |
If no one from your company is able to attend the
AGM, you may appoint another member that will be present at the
meeting to represent you. To do so, please fill in the above attached Proxy Form and return it to the Secretariat. Forms can be returned by email or
post. Please note that no member can
hold more than five proxies at the AGM.
