A team with significant expertise in the field of organizational HR joins EY
Brussels, 4 July 2022 – EY announces today the acquisition of AgileMaker. EY in Belgium welcomes a team of 40 people and strengthen its position in the Belgian market for HR transformation, organizational design and change management services with significant skills in the field of Organizational Agility.
With this strategic acquisition, EY expects to strengthen its position in HR transformation service in Belgium. AgileMaker - operating from Brussels - was founded in 2014 and is providing services to clients located across Europe. The acquisition involves a team of approximately 40 highly experienced professionals providing an excellent suite of agile HR and people consulting services with knowledge of different industries.
