In these times of constant change, our society is faced with many challenges. As Flemish Minister responsible for Economy, Work & Agriculture, it is my ambition to pursue a more modern, sustainable and progressive climate for the Flemish economy and the agricultural sector. 

Personal note from Minister Brouns:

During my time with you, I would like to take the opportunity to exchange on these challenges and our reactions. Not only do I wish to share with you my vision for creating an attractive labor market or fostering a resilient economy in which companies are able to flourish and grow, I wish to learn from you what preoccupies your business and how policymakers can create a stronger policy framework that facilitates the green and digital transition of our society and economy. In preparation for the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2024, I would like to take from our discussion some key suggestions to bring with us to the European table.
